Mr. Quinn served as vice chairman of the Centex Board of Directors from May 1996 until his retirement in March 2002. He was also chief financial officer of Centex Corporation from 1987 to 2000. Prior to that Mr. Quinn served as executive vice president of the corporation.

Mr. Quinn is a director of Eagle Materials, Inc. (formerly Centex Construction Products, Inc.). He also serves on the Board of Visitors and the Executive Committee for UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
