SCOTT BATCHELOR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - CAROLINAS Centex Homes Mr. Batchelor is executive vice president – Carolinas, which covers Centex Homes’ operations in Richland, Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham. Mr. Batchelor has been with the Centex organization for 20 years. He joined Centex Homes in 1985 as a field manager. Between 1988 and 1992, Mr. Batchelor served as construction manager and later, project manager. In 1992, he was named division manager and started up the Hampton Roads, VA division. He was named president of the Raleigh/Durham Division in 1996. Then, in 2001, was named executive vice president of the Mid Atlantic Region.
