Mr. Balogh was named Executive Vice President for the Southeast in July 2008. In this role, he oversees operations in Atlanta, Charleston, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Naples, Sarasota, Southeast Florida and Tampa.  

Mr. Balogh has been with Centex for more than 14 years joining in 1993 as an accountant in the Orlando division. After serving as a controller for the Columbia division from 1997 to 2000, he moved to Atlanta as the vice president of finance and land manager. He was later named the division manager for Atlanta in 2003. Prior to his new role, Mr. Balogh served as a division president for Central South Carolina, Richmond and most recently Myrtle Beach.
