There is exciting news at Oakmont Estates. Our seven new home designs are ready and available for you to select and build on the home site of your choice!

Four home designs are available for you to build on 55ft. wide home sites. Ranging from 1,855sq.ft under air, to 3,077sq.ft under air.

There are three new home designs, including the Pearl II, Sapphire II and Ruby II available to build on the 65ft. wide home sites. These updated home designs were very popular in our first phase of the community, and range from 3,024sq.ft to 3,841sq.ft.
