SELECT A HOME PLAN AND HOMESITE. Meet with your Centex New Home Counselor to discuss house size, floor plan options and needs that are specific to your circumstances. Next, either pick out the site where you want to have your new home built and then visit the site to make certain it feels right to you and your family, or select a home that is already under construction.

SECURE YOUR HOMESITE. This is essential to assure the availability of the site you've chosen for your home. Your Centex New Home Counselor will help you complete the contract that will bind your home site selection and make it ready for the construction of your new home.

SELECT THE COLOR COORDINATION PACKAGE YOU DESIRE. Centex Homes offers a wide variety of coordinated interior and exterior themes that has been developed by our team of professional decorating and design consultants.

ARRANGE FOR YOUR HOME MORTGAGE. Your Centex New Home Counselor can take you through the steps toward applying for your home mortgage, including familiarizing you with CTX Mortgage, one of the Centex Homes affiliated business partners. You are under no obligation to use CTX Mortgage, but you may find it convenient and to your advantage to do so, as CTX offers highly competitive rates.

COMPLETION OF YOUR NEW HOME. You'll go through the inspection process of your home with your Centex New Home Counselor and confirm that your mortgage loan has been approved. All that's left to do is close and move in.

Centex provides added convenience through Commerce Title, a member of the Centex Financial Services group - to finalize paperwork on your home and pave the way for that exciting, final step - moving into your new home!
