It is the purpose and function of the Renaissance Homeowners Association (RHOA) to own, manage, maintain, operate and be responsible for the community's common open space and grounds, the buildings and facilities for residents use, such as: the Clubhouse, the Fitness and Health Center, the heated indoor pool and outdoor pool, on-site recreation and other services required by residents and covered in the monthly community service fee (maintenance fee of $126.00 for 2004, and projected to be $130.50 in 2005). Golf membership is subject to a separate annual fee per family and is currently only $1,150.00 per family and $775 for an individual (2004 season) for unlimited play, subject to tee times, six days a week (closed one day for maintenance).  2005 seasonal fees are TBD.
